Flywheel Farm

Flywheel Farm in Woodbury, VT paid off their first VFF loan in two years, and came back for a second Business Builder loan to pay for a used 4 wheel drive tractor in 2019. They are a small diversified vegetable farm in Woodbury, VT owned and managed by Justin Cote and Ansel Ploog. They operate a farmstand on Rte 14 and sell to a variety of wholesale accounts. Recently, they have been investing more money and time into perennial crops on the farm, hoping to add to the farm’s resiliency by not relying solely on annual crops.
