Sweet Roots Farm

Sweet Roots Farm in Charlotte is a 57 acre farm with 5 acres of established blueberries and 2 acres of black berries and black raspberries. The farm is owned by the Vermont Land Trust, and Sweet Roots Farm holds a long term lease on the land and took over operations in 2021. Their plan is to continue to grow berries and introduce intensive organic mixed vegetable production, flowers, herbs and additional fruits. In addition, they are developing Sweet Roots Market, which will sell produce and value added products from the farm as well as items from local artisans and producers.
